Chiapudding with pear & ginger - Recipe

So this is a new favourite when it comes to breakfast for me, chiapudding with pear, ginger, prunes, vanilla powder & cinnamon. It is supereasy to do, so healthy and tasty! This recipe is for 2 big portions or 3 smaller ones (I always make it for 3 mornings)

you need:
  • 3tbs chia seeds
  • 200ml lactofree milk (or unsweetened soya- or almond-/hazelnut milk)
  • 1 medium pear
  • 1tsp cinnaon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 3 prunes
  • 1cm fresh ginger

topping:
coconut cream (put a can with coconut milk into the refrigerator at least overnight, then when you open it the coconut cream will be on top), berries, nuts

how to do: 
mix all the ingredients, except of the chia seeds, together to a smooth paste (I use a Magic Bullet). Stir down the chia seeds with a fork and let it stand for 5minutes. When it thickens a bit stir it around again and then pour it into sealable cups (or do as I, regular cups that you seal with plastic foil) and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
Take it our of the fridge, put some coconut cream on top and some berries & nuts depending how you like it. Superhealthy! Enjoy!
